Overview

Work shift: Mon-Fri / 3 pm - 11 pm

Frito Lay Canada is seeking a Performance Supply Chain Leader in Lethbridge, AB. The position contributes to the success of PepsiCo by directing the manufacturing frontline team to meet customer needs and achieve standards related to safety, cost, line efficiencies, waste, and productivity. This individual must align the team to achieve production performance standards.

Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of employees to ensure that they meet performance goals and objectives.
  • Monitor the quality of work performed by the team and take corrective action as needed.
