Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering technology is required.
  • Relevant experience in a high-volume production environment is preferred.
  • Ability to travel primarily in Canada, Mexico, and the US.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and innovate manufacturing processes for thermal products.
  • Improve existing processes through rapid prototyping and trials.
  • Assemble quotations for tooling and equipment.
  • Diagnose and determine causes for defects in production builds.
  • Maintain machine and tooling standards.
