Customer Service Representative

Brampton, ON

Pay Rate: $21-$22 per hour

Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm

Shifts available: Monday to Friday

Our client, a fast-growing, high-quality specialty coatings manufacturer located in North Brampton, is looking to add a Customer Service Representative who embodies the spirit of growth, adaptability, and innovation to their team.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and process customer orders
  • Manage a large number of phone calls
  • Help build sustainable relationships with each client through trust and a thorough understanding of their needs
  • Resolve customer complaints proactively
  • Assist in production scheduling
  • Provide assistance to our sales team as required
  • Proactive contact with customers
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • 3 - 5 years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Understanding of the manufacturing industry - Coatings experience is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Prioritizes and multi-tasks with ease
  • Excellent communication skills
