Manager, Digital Marketing - Corporate Marketing

The Manager, Digital Marketing will support the development and execution of LG’s digital content and marketing strategy, reporting to Corporate Marketing, focusing on optimizing strategic digital initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention through paid media, social channel management, eCRM, and brand guideline governance for LG online properties.

Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise to brand teams on digital paid media campaigns and eCommerce performance media campaigns.
- Support brand managers on digital strategy and development of all corporate digital channels and platforms, ensuring brand guideline adherence and cross-channel consistency for LG’s corporate digital strategy.
- Lead GMP governance and collaborate with HQ teams and paid media agency partners to meet compliance requirements.
- Make recommendations based on campaign results, marketing insights, and industry trends, and communicate findings to key stakeholders.
- Ensure brand guideline compliance on all LG digital touch points including social, eCRM, and website.
Content Management & Social Media
- Support the development and maintenance of the corporate content calendar (social media, eCRM) with internal and agency teams to manage workflow.
- Lead eCRM and organic social strategy with support from agency partners.
- Develop and execute the always-on social strategy and lead month-over-month strategy supporting BU priorities through paid social.
- Liaise with the integrated agency team and lead strategic content initiatives like Content Hub development.
- Support the creation and updating of digital resources and communications for internal teams.
Website & SEO Management
- Lead, manage, and update brand content on LG.com to align with the corporate digital marketing strategy.
- Utilize Google Analytics to monitor and analyze LG.com web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence.
- Support BU priorities for product detail page SEO and online brand store competitiveness monitoring.
Digital Advertising & Performance Optimization
- Work with Digital Paid Media agency and extended agency team to set digital benchmarks and cross-BU digital KPIs.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Provide subject matter expertise to the Brand teams to evaluate mid-campaign and post-campaign analysis.
- Support the creation of compelling presentations to share digital plans and results with Senior Management.
eCommerce, Online Store & Review Management
- Oversee Online Store Management (OSM) across key retail partners, working closely with the agency team to optimize digital shelf performance.
- Manage online reviews and ratings across platforms in collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure timely responses and leverage insights to improve customer experience.
Project Management & Budgeting
- Establish, plan, and manage projects from start to finish including campaigns, budget, processes, resources, and timelines.
- Assist in monitoring budget spend within allocation and ensure timely submission of invoices.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- College or University degree in Marketing or Digital.
- 5+ years relevant work experience within digital media agency, manufacturer, or retail firm.
- Digital Co-Marketing experience with big box and specialty retailers.
- Deep understanding of GMP (CM360, DV360, SA 360) and programmatic digital paid campaign management.
- Experience with search engine optimization and search engine marketing is an asset.
- Expertise in information architecture, user experience, design, development, and implementation of digital channels, ensuring superior customer experience across all channels.
- Demonstrate a consistent ability to contribute to areas of conceptual and practical business management as well as technical solutions for business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to present to and work with senior leadership.
- Strong multi-tasking, project management, detail orientation, and ability to work in a fast-changing environment; strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with extensive use of Microsoft suite of productivity software.
- Expertise and proven track record of defining digital strategies and implementing them to drive business goals.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
- Google certification is a plus but not required.
