What Will Make You a Great Fit

We are looking for an individual with a proactive approach to maintenance. If you have experience troubleshooting along with a passion for ensuring everything runs smoothly, you might be the perfect fit for our team!

To Excel In This Role, You Should Be
  • Minimum of two, three years previous experience considered an asset
  • Completed Grade 12 education
  • Clean Driver’s abstract required
  • Able to use basic power tools and complete basic building maintenance
  • Basic command of the English language (written and verbal)
  • Exceptional skills in communications, organizational, interpersonal and time management
  • Plumbing knowledge would be considered an asset
  • Proven experience in exercising good judgement under pressure
  • Physically fit, able to stand, crouch, and kneel for long periods of time and lift in excess of 25 kilograms
  • Carpentry/Construction skills considered an asset
  • Strong customer care and communication skill
What will your role involve?
As a Maintenance Technician, Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
  • Perform general maintenance tasks that may include: millwork (countertops), repair/install doors, interior painting, drywall repairs and other similar duties.
  • Knowledge of using various power tools, painting, drywall repairs an asset
  • Assist with building operations functions as required
  • Fit and install trim, doors, moulding and hardware
  • Repair and refinish furniture
  • Perform finished carpentry for cabinets and other items
  • Operate a variety of standard power tools and equipment
  • Respond immediately to emergencies
  • Respond immediately to service requests and emergencies that address client and building related issues
