HireNow Staffing is seeking a skilled Maintenance Millwright to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Langley, BC. Location & Compensation

Location: Langley, British Columbia, Canada

Compensation:

  • $47.70/hr. (Ticketed)
  • $39.00/hr. (non-ticketed)
  • + $2.00/hr. Night Shift Premium
What You\'ll Do
  • Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and mechanical systems
  • Inspect, install, align, dismantle, and move stationary industrial equipment and mechanical components
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to ensure accurate and safe repairs
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying issues and recommending long-term solutions
  • Collaborate with other maintenance staff, operators, and supervisors to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed, parts used, and repair timelines
What We\'re Looking For
  • Red Seal certification (preferred)
  • Non-ticketed candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and relevant experience will also be considered
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, food production, or industrial maintenance setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative maintenance team
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and high-speed equipment
  • Willingness to work night shifts (with premium pay provided)
