Job description

AGB, a manufacturing company active in the production of steel products (standard and custom products), is urgently seeking to fill a dynamic and motivated for a dynamic and motivated individual to fill a position as a fitter-former.

Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, the candidate will :

• Read and understand production plans;
  
• Operate cutting, rolling, and bending equipment, or use presses and saws to prepare components used for the manufacturing of products.
• Compile production and component utilization reports;
• Manage the receipt of primary products;
• Clean and maintain a clean and orderly workstation and environment;
• Inspect product finishing;
• Take steel inventory;

NOTE. This is only a summary of the main activities related to the position of the machine operator.

Technical specializations :

• Experience would be an asset
• Comfortable with tape measures and precise measurements
