Position Overview: As a Machine Operator, you will seek to improve your skills, learn from senior operators, and take initiative. You should have a strong mechanical or technical inclination and understand machine maintenance.

Responsibilities:

1. Set machine parameters and initiate/maintain production cycles.
2. Monitor production processes and quality levels continuously.
3. Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety procedures (lock-out/tag-out, etc.).
4. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:
