Job Description
What You'll be Doing:
- Engage with Guests: Answer inbound calls in an unscripted, conversational manner while assisting with room and suite reservations for our luxury brands around the world, including iconic properties like the Fairmont Banff Springs, Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, the Sofitel Montréal, and many others
- Create Memorable Experiences: Guide your guests in choosing their ideal room and package, turning their moments into lasting memories with your sales expertise and personalized recommendations
- Use Your Creativity: As an Accor Heartist (Heart + Artist), you’ll bring warmth and creativity to every conversation, personalizing your offers to provide your guests with unique and authentic experiences while infusing our hospitality with creativity and passion
- Support Our Commitments: Uphold our standards of sustainability and ethical hospitality by embodying our values in every interaction

- $21.13 hourly, which includes a $1.50 hourly premium for French language skills
- $19.63 hourly for English only
- Earn an additional $1.00 per hour shift premium for hours worked after midnight
- 4 weeks’ paid vacation, 13 paid statutory holidays, fully paid training, the position features a rotating work schedule, providing periodic weekends off

Qualifications
What You Need to Be Successful:
- Professional-level fluency in English required; fluency in French is an asset.
- Experience and/or education in Hospitality, Tourism, Sales, Customer Service, or Contact Centre, combined with a passion for helping others
- Multitask Efficiently: Seamlessly navigate multiple software systems while communicating with guests to offer smooth, efficient service
Availability, Location and Internet:
- Must be legally able to work full time in Canada
- Must be able to work from 5:30pm to 2:00am or 6:30pm to 03:00am (your choice), including weekends and holidays, with periodical weekends off
- This is a full-time, permanent career opportunity, part-time or student summer positions not available
- This is a remote (work from home) role; you must reside in and be working from NB, NS, or PEI
- Must attend 4 weeks of onsite initial training at our Moncton Centre; travel and accommodation provided for qualified candidates
- Must have a suitable home workspace, and a high-speed, direct internet connection
