Job summary

A local educational institution in Chatham is seeking a Long Term Occasional Teacher for grades 9 and 11 Math. The position requires candidates to hold a Certificate of Qualification from the Ontario College of Teachers and senior qualifications in the subject area. The successful applicant will report to the School Principal and be responsible for teaching Math classes. The role offers a full-time schedule and is expected to start as soon as possible.

  • Recent Catholic Pastoral Letter of Reference (within 12 months). If you are unable to provide a Catholic Pastoral letter of reference at this time, please submit a Teacher Declaration of Commitment along with a copy of your Catholic Baptismal and/or Confirmation Certificate.
  • Completed Faith Journey Application.
  • Practicum Teaching Reports or Recent Teaching Evaluations (if an experienced teacher).
  • References.
  • Criminal References Check with Vulnerable Sector (within six (6) months) will be required upon hire.
