Freight Broker / Sales Executive (On-Site – Milton / Toronto, Canada) Location : Milton, ON / Toronto, ON (On-Site) Job Type : Full-Time | Freight Brokerage / Logistics Sales

We're seeking a driven Freight Broker / Sales Executive to join our fast-growing logistics team in Milton / Toronto. This is an on-site role for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and have a history of sales they can back up with proven numbers.

What We're Looking For
  • A hunter mentality with a proven track record in freight brokerage or logistics sales
  • Someone who can bring or build a book of business and is ready to produce from day one
  • Experience working with North American lanes (Canada / USA)
  • Ability to close deals, build relationships, and deliver consistent freight volumes
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Freight Broker or Sales Executive in logistics
  • Ability to work on-site in Milton / Toronto; may transition to hybrid or remote
  • Demonstrated sales history – you must provide your numbers (e.g., monthly GP, loads moved, average margins, customer portfolio)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with a “make it happen” attitude
