Job description

East Side Games is looking for a producer to join our licensed Squishmallows Match game!

Responsibilities

• Oversee live operations for our licensed Squishmallows match game, including planning and executing exciting in-game events and promotions
• Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to ensure live updates and content releases go off without a hitch
• Evaluate player data and feedback to fine-tune events, features, and monetization strategies
• Keep an updated calendar of live events and in-game promotions, ensuring timely communication with the team
• Share insights and recommendations based on analytics to enhance player retention and engagement
• Team up with marketing and community teams to effectively promote live events
• Partner with the co-development team to deliver features on time, to spec and with high polish quality

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Live Ops Producer or similar role in mobile game development
• Experience with casual games is a huge plus
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of game analytics tools and methods
• Passion for mobile games and understanding of player behavior
• A strategic thinker who can balance between short-term and long-term priorities
• Strong sense of urgency; willing to roll up the sleeves and jump right in to get things done

Compensation Range: $75K-$115K CAD per annum. Salary is determined by experience, skills, and capabilities.
