Overview

At Midas, we are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in the areas of inspection, diagnosis, and repair utilizing the expertise attained through years of automotive repair experience. You hold a valid and current Certificate of Qualification in the province of Alberta or interprovincial red seal license.

We are looking for automotive technicians that are able to work independently of others, while also being able to work collaboratively at times with peers. We have a full-service facility and we are looking for automotive technicians to help us create an environment of success!

  • Visual safety and courtesy inspections
Qualifications
  • Must be a qualified Automotive Technician or Mechanic
  • Have a valid Canadian Journeyman License (required)
  • 5+ years of light-duty mechanical experience
  • Able to operate all auto repair tools
  • Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment is a must
  • Ability to use and operate the alignment system
  • Enthusiastic, responsible and reliable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to be a part of a team-oriented environment
  • Creative problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Own tools/equipment
  • Able to service both import and domestic vehicles
  • Excellent organizational and sequencing skills
  • Familiar with reading and interpreting diagrams
  • A valid driver’s license, clean drivers abstract, and reliable transportation are required
