BẢNK BAO is a new and exciting fast-casual restaurant specializing in delicious handmade Gua Bao and serving Bánh Mì ( Vietnamese sandwiches ). Our mission is to bring a unique and flavorful experience to our customers by offering a diverse menu of mouth-watering Asian cuisine creations. Overview

Position Overview: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our kitchen team as Kitchen Member. As a Kitchen Member, you will responsible for our day-to-day signature Bao sandwiches while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. BẢNK BAO prides itself in providing the cross-training opportunities for all positions.

Responsibilities
  • Build from scratch Bao sandwiches according to our recipes and standards
  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Prepares vegetables, meat following safe food handling procedures at all times
  • Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
  • Assist with meal preparation and presentation
  • Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in the kitchen
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to maintain an efficient and organized kitchen workflow
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and utensils
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team atmosphere
Qualifications
  • Previous kitchen experience in a fast-casual or restaurant setting (preferred)
  • Speak Mandarin or Cantonese (preferred)
  • Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
