This full-time, remote-friendly role focuses on sourcing top-tier talent and building effective talent processes. Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong understanding of the North American startup ecosystem. Talent is the most critical ingredient in venture building. In this role, you’ll lead recruitment and talent development for both FutureSight’s core team and the ventures we co-create. You'll work closely with our Studio partners and early-stage founders to source top-tier talent, build repeatable talent processes, and shape teams from the ground up.
This is a full-time, remote-friendly role based in North America (Toronto preferred).
