Your Role as Junior Financial Analyst

Choose your own adventure! Let’s talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. As a Junior Financial Analyst, your role will include:

  • Performing month-end close processes by collaborating with the Finance team to meet reporting deadlines.
  • Reviewing and posting various account transactions.
  • Completing balance sheet reconciliations, management reporting, and analysis efficiently and accurately.
  • Assisting finance staff with the accounting treatment of various items.
  • Supporting annual audit requirements.
  • Providing backup support to the payroll and accounts payable processing teams.
  • Proactively establishing and maintaining internal controls to minimize compliance and audit risks.
  • Verifying data integrity and compliance through consistent monitoring and auditing.
  • Identifying, improving, and standardizing processes within Finance where possible.
  • Assisting with special projects and ad hoc reporting as required.
