Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Digital Analyst with a strong foundation in application development, websites, and both front-end and back-end coding. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys experimenting with technology, and can pivot between technical tasks and consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Application & Web Development:
    • Work on building, maintaining, and enhancing applications and websites.
    • Collaborate on front-end and back-end development tasks using modern frameworks and languages.
  • Technical Experimentation:
    • Explore innovative coding solutions and create quick tools or prototypes to solve business challenges.
    • Present out-of-the-box ideas and contribute to technology-driven problem-solving.
  • Consulting Engagements:
    • Support client-facing projects by understanding requirements and delivering technical solutions.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner.
  • Gain hands-on experience with platforms like Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, Oracle, and other emerging technologies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new tools or approaches
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Basic to intermediate experience in:
    • Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular (preferred).
    • Back-end: Node.js, Java, Python, or similar.
  • Recent graduates with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with web application architecture and APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Flexibility to work on diverse projects and adapt to changing priorities .
Preferred Skills
  • Exposure to CRM and marketing platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, Oracle).
  • Understanding of cloud environments and integration concepts.
  • Ability to create quick scripts or tools for automation and efficiency.
