As a junior analyst, you’ll play an active role in the various stages of meaningful projects. You’ll put your initiative and technical rigour to work every day, whether you’re contributing to exciting projects, supporting our regional partners, learning from seasoned experts or growing within a passionate team. This role will give you the opportunity to take the lead, be at the thick of the action and work closely with talented people.

Responsibilities:
  • Help install and maintain IT/OT infrastructures (networks, servers, virtualization, fibre optics, wireless systems)
  • Assist in analyzing client needs for ongoing projects
  • Help draft technical documents and reports
  • Support senior team members in preparing technical proposals
  • Help with technical project coordination, under supervision
  • Develop your networking, virtualization and server administration skills
  • Learn how to interact with clients and understand their expectations
  • Be exposed to a variety of exciting and dynamic technological environments

Summary Of Certifications And Job Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience in one or more of the following areas: networking, telecommunications, virtualization or server administration
  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in electrical engineering, computer science, telecommunications or another relevant field
  • Advanced level of English to collaborate effectively with BBA offices and/or clients in English‑speaking Canadian provinces and internationally
  • Advanced level of French to collaborate effectively with BBA offices and/or clients in Québec
  • Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and more)
  • Experience with network equipment (Cisco, Fortinet, HP, Aruba, and more)
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies (ESXi, VMware, Hyper‑V, and more)
  • Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments
  • Asset: interest in fibre optic technologies and structured cabling
  • Asset: technical certifications (CCNA, NSE, and more)
