Job summary

A leading insurance company in Kitchener is looking for an Insurance Sales Executive to drive sales for Home and Auto insurance. You will need a RIBO License and over 2 years of sales experience, demonstrating a proven ability to exceed sales quotas. The position offers a competitive salary of up to $50K plus bonuses and full benefits. You will work closely with clients to analyze and recommend coverage, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with insurance guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Must have a RIBO License.
  • Over 2 years of sales experience in Home and Auto insurance.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve acceptable closing ratio determined by MPCS.
  • Prepare applications and negotiate coverage with carriers.
  • Perform final quotation reviews and select coverage.
  • Work closely with underwriters to ensure accurate coverage.
  • Cross-sell additional insurance lines to existing clients.
  • Analyze and recommend coverage to clients.
  • Comply with binding authorities as per Insurers' guidelines.

Compensation : Up to $50K + Bonus + Full Benefits

  • You have more than 2 years of sales experience in Home and Auto insurance
  • You have always exceeded sales quota
  • You have experience using Agency Manager (TAM)
  • You can convince anybody with your strong verbal and written communication skills

As a Insurance Sales Executive, you will be required to :

  • Achieves acceptable closing ratio as determined by MPCS
  • Prepare applications negotiating coverage and pricing with carriers
  • Performs final quotation review and coverage selection
  • Works closely with underwriters to ensure coverage are accurate
  • Cross sell additional lines of Insurance to existing clients
  • Analyze, counsel and recommend coverage to clients
  • Comply with binding authorities and guidelines as set out by Insurers
