About the Role

You will be responsible for cultivating and managing a book of personal insurance clients, focusing on delivering an outstanding client experience while driving new business opportunities. You will play a key role in helping individuals protect what matters most by offering tailored insurance solutions and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships. This position is ideal for a driven, client-focused individual who thrives in a dynamic professional setting and is passionate about providing thoughtful, customized insurance advice.

What You’ll Do

  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all personal lines needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and referrals, with a focus on growth in the Niagara and Hamilton regions.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
  • Evaluate client needs, analyze risk exposures, and prepare customized insurance proposals with support from the sales team.
  • Negotiate terms and coverage with carriers to secure the best value for clients.
  • Process applications, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes accurately and efficiently.
  • Track and manage renewals and timelines, ensuring smooth transitions and consistent follow-up.
  • Assist clients through the claims process, advocating on their behalf to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and files in compliance with industry standards and brokerage policies.
