A regional education board in Ontario is seeking a full-time Information Services Technician to ensure the functionality of information services systems. This role involves supporting network and server applications while collaborating with staff. Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in Computer Science, relevant certifications, and skills in Microsoft software, hardware repair, and customer service. The Information Services Technician ensures the proper functionality of the information services systems. In consultation with the Information Services Coordinator, school and board staff, the Technician contributes to the efficient support of information services, maintains network and server applications, and ensures the reliability and sustainability of information and communication resources.
