Language Trainers is a successful language training company working with freelance teachers of 70 different languages in hundreds of towns and cities across the world. Students are either in‑company or self‑funded who need to learn a language at their office or their home for work, family or travel reasons. Founded in 2004, the company’s motto is "Any Language, Anytime, Anywhere!"

We might have a job for you as a Ukrainian language teacher.

Course Details

• One of our clients based in Ottawa would like to have one‑to‑one GENERAL Ukrainian classes.
• This student would like to have an 80‑hour intensive, face‑to‑face course, delivered over 4 weeks.
• His Ukrainian level is beginner.
• Schedule and Availability: 4 hours per day, 5 days a week over 4 weeks. Monday to Friday during the day – late morning and early afternoon preferred. The ideal schedule would be 10:00 to noon, then a 1‑hour break, and then a second block from 1 pm to 3 pm. The student is flexible with times, breaks, and occasional adjustments if the trainer has other commitments.
• Proposed start date: January 12th
• Location: Classes will primarily take place at the student’s office in Ottawa (ON, K1A 0K2). For variety, the student may occasionally request to meet at his residence (Ottawa, ON, K1N 5G7), and/or Planet Coffee – 24A York Street, Ottawa, ON, K1N 5S6. All locations are within proximity of each other.

Ideal Candidate

• Be a native speaker of the language OR hold a teaching degree
• Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
• Have a valid working visa
• Live up to 20 miles from the client’s location.

Location of the classes and schedule could be flexible based on your and the client’s availability. The hourly rate is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience. This is a freelance part‑time position and we are not able to sponsor your visa.
