Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in 1st + 2nd line IT support or similar roles.
  • Proven success in managing Microsoft 365 tools and troubleshooting Windows environments.
  • Ability to commute to the Toronto office at least 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to RLDatix employees across global locations.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows and occasionally Mac devices.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 and manage user access securely.
