Mr.Furnace is seeking energetic, motivated, and career-minded HVAC Service & Install Technicians responsible for onsite maintenance, service, and installation of HVAC systems and equipment.

What Will You Do
  • Ensure HVAC equipment meets or exceeds the Technical Standards & Safety Authority’s codes and municipal standards.
  • Follow all Energy Star maintenance and installation procedures.
  • Educate customers on proper care, maintenance, and HVAC options.
  • Perform general and specific HVAC equipment inspections.
  • Maintain a clean, fully stocked vehicle.
  • Explain benefits of newer, efficient equipment to customers.
  • Promote products and services during every call.
  • Never sell unnecessary repairs.
  • Provide a five-star customer experience and resolve issues before leaving.
  • Request online reviews from satisfied customers.
Education, Experience, and Skills
  • At least 3 years of recent HVAC service or installation experience, including furnaces, air conditioners, gas boilers, and water heaters.
  • Strong technical and customer service skills, with a proven track record.
  • Gas Technician II license required.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean record.
  • Comfortable working at heights and using ladders.
  • Responsible, accountable, positive attitude, and high customer satisfaction focus.
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team to install and commission HVAC systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
