Skills/Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician running your own truck with 3 or more years of experience in the field or more.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s Degree or higher preferred.
  • Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Google Calendar, Gmail, ETC.), Microsoft Office, and Dropbox, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to upholding the company’s values.
