Exempt Staff Position, Regular Full-Time
The District of Kitimat is recruiting for the position of Human Resources Advisor. Under the general direction of the Director of Human Resources and Labour Relations, this position is responsible for carrying out human resources functions and providing support across a range of HR processes and practices. Primary responsibilities include full cycle recruitment and disability management.
This position provides a salary range of $104,666 to $115,532, a comprehensive benefits package, professional development opportunities, complimentary use of our recreation facilities, and if you are coming here from outside of Kitimat, relocation assistance and a rental subsidy. This position is entitled to three weeks of annual vacation and two weeks of paid time off in lieu of overtime, for a total of 5 weeks. Additional increases are based on years of service.
