Base pay range

Earls Kitchen + Bar is looking for an HRIS Coordinator to join our People Operations Team in Vancouver, BC. In this role, you will be part of the core Human Resources team and will own and elevate our HRIS technologies to new heights, while gaining experience in core HR competencies. As the successful candidate, you have phenomenal organizational skills, ask thoughtful questions, and are motivated, independent, and detail-oriented. Role Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting of Earls’ Human Resources Information System (HRIS) through the Zendesk support ticketing system.
  • Manage and maintain data integrity through regular audits, while communicating key information to stakeholders.
  • Monitor, integrate, and implement HRIS updates and new features to the appropriate stakeholders. Engage in knowledge transfer and cross-training between skills and applications.
  • Act as primary liaison between Head Office and vendors by filtering new project requests, coordinating solutions, and managing vendor support.
  • Develop and maintain reports, including but not limited to: People Analytics reporting, annual surveys, benefits eligibility, and immigration statuses.
  • Coordinate the survey program by creating surveys, running them, and owning the reporting.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including system design, process workflows, and training materials.
  • Support the Human Resources Team with research, development, and administration of tools regarding legal and employment law practices as assigned.
  • Support with special projects as directed by the leadership team.
Qualifications
  • Minimum one year of experience with an HCM / HRIS platform, or a combination of HRIS and hospitality experience.
  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS platforms, intranets, or shared drives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear documentation and collaborate across departments.
  • High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience using a ticketing system, such as Zendesk, is an asset
  • Experience in hospitality, particularly within Earls, is an asset.
