Job summary

A global consulting firm is looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment and HR operations. You will guide recruitment processes, resolve conflicts, and manage various HR activities including onboarding and performance reviews. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of international HR experience and relevant certifications. This role is based in Peel Region, Brampton, Canada.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full recruitment process, from developing job descriptions to negotiating offers
  • Align with hiring managers for the onboarding process
  • Act as a point of contact for legal and employment issues across various countries
  • Coordinate various HR activities (performance reviews, succession planning, salary reviews, policy updates)
  • Provide guidance to leadership on various employee development topics
  • Assist with HR administration (benefits plans and contracts, HRIS support, reporting and audits)
  • Work with finance to conduct payroll related items
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably internationally
  • Certified human resource designations
  • Experience with conflict resolution, change management, policy development
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts and material
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
