FLINT is hiring a Dozer Operator for permanent tailings work in Fort McMurray, AB. This role offers a rotation schedule, camp stay, flights from Calgary or Edmonton, and benefits after 300+ hours. This is a full-time position at our Fort McMurray site.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Operate a D8+ dozer with a focus on tailings work, including grading and earthmoving tasks as part of permanent operations. Collaborate with the team to support safety, quality, and efficiency on site.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2000+ hours of experience operating a D8+ dozer is required.
• Open pit mining experience is an asset.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: CSO (Common Safety Orientation from Energy Safety Canada).
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Experience carrying out groundwork in the tailings area of the mine.
• Able to provide a clean 3-year driver\'s abstract with under 9 demerits.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication is required.

Additional information: This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
