Job description

We are looking for a senior leader to join as Head – Talent Acquisition. This role will lead strategic hiring initiatives, enhance employer branding, drive diversity hiring, and optimize talent acquisition processes across technology, regional group functions, and ground sales teams across India.

Role Specifications
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive TA strategy including market research, branding campaigns, job marketing, referrals, and university partnerships.
  • Strengthen strategic relationships with targeted universities via structured engagement plans, leadership connect, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Lead external strategic hiring aligned with succession planning and organizational objectives.
  • Conceptualize and implement TA Operating Model 2.0 for process efficiency, faster turnaround, superior candidate experience, and AI/technology enablement.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines to improve internal sourcing and hiring speed.
  • Drive diversity hiring initiatives across functions and levels.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality onboarding experiences, especially for campus hires.
  • Leverage TA analytics and reporting to align hiring with broader business strategies.
  • Manage TA budgets, vendor relationships, and recruitment partner engagements.
  • Foster a client-service mindset across all recruitment channels.
  • Strengthen the Employee Value Proposition through targeted marketing, candidate communication, social media engagement, and preparation for employer awards.
