Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Customer Success based in Toronto, ON, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Head of Customer Success will lead efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention by developing and managing relationships with clients, driving long-term partnerships, and ensuring their success with our AI digital marketing solutions.
