Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for insurance solutions.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for Guidewire implementations.
- Lead the design and configuration of Guidewire PolicyCenter to meet business objectives.
- Oversee the integration of Guidewire Insurance Suite with existing systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for utilizing Guidewire technologies in insurance processes.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of Guidewire solutions to ensure quality and performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Guidewire implementations and processes.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team understanding of Guidewire functionalities.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on key milestones.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Guidewire.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all Guidewire implementations.
- Support business planning and analysis activities to align Guidewire solutions with strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter and Insurance Suite Integration.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills with a focus on business analysis and planning.
- Exhibit proficiency in configuring and customizing Guidewire applications.
- Have a solid understanding of insurance industry processes and best practices.
- Show excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- Display the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Hold a relevant certification in Guidewire technologies or business analysis.
