Who you are

• You have about 1 years work experience in a high-volume logistics or retail environment where you dealt with replenishment and receiving (distribution center experience is a strong asset but not necessary)
• You have proven leadership experience of at least 1 year where you directly led a team
• You are a natural leader. You are comfortable managing, coaching and developing a dynamic team, and always have succession planning in mind
• Youve worked with material handling equipment many times before (and hold all appropriate certifications and licenses)
• You are computer savvy and generally comfortable with technology (and can easily learn new software and systems)
• You have a solid understanding of budget, costs and KPIs, and how to use KPIs to plan, follow up and steer the business
• You are willing and able to work very early in the morning (before the store opens)
• You are totally cool working in a physically demanding, fast-paced, work environment

The starting rate / salary for this position is $ 50 and will be based on relevant work experience.
