The GL Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company's general ledger (GL) accounts. This role involves performing detailed analysis, reconciliations, and audits of GL accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and implementing controls to mitigate risks. The GL Assurance Specialist will also provide support in non-BAU contract review, organizational change set-up in FCCS, mergers and acquisitions, function as an intermediary between technical accounting and GL, coordinate top-side FCCS entry calculations, and oversee the implementation of accounting stream for non-BAU projects.
