Job Opportunity with Kore Global: Gender and Inclusion Analyst

Remuneration: Starting from $56,100 – $59,400 CAD

Eligibility: Applicants must have the right to work in Canada and be based in Vancouver.

Hours: West Coast Canada office hours, with occasional flexibility to work with other time zones, particularly EST, BST/GMT. Kore Global operates a flexible four-day work-week which means employees work 32 hours per week for full pay.

Start date: We hope that the successful candidate will be available to start as soon as possible, but will be flexible for the right person.

Job Overview

The Analyst (MERL Team) is a specialist in gender equality and social inclusion (G&I) in international development. They have experience in mixed-method research and evaluation activities, including those that promote feminist values and approaches and influence programme and policy design and implementation to have a stronger focus on gender and social justice. Working with others, the Analyst contributes to consistently superior client experience, enhancing the image and reputation of the company and ensuring Kore Global’s values guide project strategies and processes. A key member of the MERL team, the Analyst performs a variety of technical and project management tasks to support the design, implementation and management of research and evaluation projects, ensuring organizational effectiveness and efficiency while working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
