• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems, specifically Micros POS.
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation.
• Manage time effectively to handle multiple tables efficiently without compromising service quality.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Process payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to food safety standards.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, demonstrating knowledge of food handling practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns.
• Provide excellent guest services by responding promptly to inquiries or requests.
