Role Summary

Reporting to the Controller, the Financial Analyst plays a key role and will be responsible for conducting a complete analysis of capital expenditures for projects, communicating corrective actions to stakeholders, and preparing financial analyses and reports related to project investments.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting
  • Develop reports and conduct in-depth KPI analysis (defect rates, inventory variances, direct labor, etc.).
  • Evaluate the profitability of new projects or initiatives.
  • Participate in month‑end close (inventory entries, accruals, financial statement analysis).
  • Contribute to the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
  • Produce ad‑hoc financial analyses as needed.
Cost Optimization & Profitability
  • Identify cost‑saving opportunities across the organization.
  • Support and enhance cost pricing in collaboration with the industrial engineering team.
Advisory & Support to Managers
  • Act as a financial advisor to department leaders regarding cost management.
  • Gather data for annual financial forecasts, analyze results, and explain variances.
  • Support project monitoring within the supply chain.
Planning & Budgeting
  • Participate in budgeting and financial planning cycles.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasts and strategic decisions.
  • Provide financial insights during strategic planning meetings.
Continuous Improvement & Special Projects
  • Support cost tracking and warehouse performance reporting improvements.
  • Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and implement efficiency‑enhancing improvements in financial processes.
  • Take part in special projects tied to PixMob’s growth.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (BBA).
  • CPA designation required (or in progress).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant corporate experience.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken & written).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex information.
  • Team player, adaptable, detail‑oriented.
  • Strong prioritization, resourcefulness, and critical thinking.
