A leading winery group located in West Kelowna is seeking a Finance Analyst to join their Finance team. You will support business planning across vineyards, production, and operations while enhancing decision-making through effective reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Finance or Accounting and has strong analytical capabilities with expertise in Excel and Power BI. A competitive salary of $68,000 to $72,000 with bonus opportunities is offered, along with excellent benefits and professional development programs.
Winemaking in some major regions of the world can be an ‘industrial’ undertaking, but for us here at Iconic Wineries of British Columbia, winemaking is an ‘artform’. Each vintage is the result of a creative process, backed by science and the result of hundreds of years of learning, guided by the hands of highly skilled and passionate experts who need to anticipate and adapt to the specific differences of each and every vintage. We are artisans, crafting wines in one of the smallest wine regions in the world, working to define the Okanagan and put our region on the world stage.
The Role
Join the high‑impact Finance team at Iconic Wineries of British Columbia, where you’ll help shape business planning across our vineyard, production, guest‑experience and the rest of its operations. We’re looking for a curious, analytically minded Finance Analyst who wants to grow, contribute, and learn inside a dynamic FP&A environment. In this role, you’ll support everything from reporting and dashboards to planning cycles and business partnering — all while being coached by a collaborative and experienced finance team.
