    YOUR ROLE:

    - Sell Employer products through end user demand creation and professionally manage all sales and support activity within a defined territory.
    - Deliver annual growth per pro sales plan and be accountable for delivering results.
    - Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, alliance partners, builders, contractors, remodelers, architects, and sealant specifiers.
    - Participate in events such as road shows, alliance partner shows and trainings, dealer BBQ’s, window and door training events.
    - Manage special projects and provide market intel as requested to include competitive activity and price shops.

    YOUR SKILLS:

    - Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
    - Minimum 5 years selling experience.
    - Minimum 5 years experience in relevant market (residential/light commercial).
    - Valid driver’s license.
    - Professional written and verbal communication.
