Duties:

  1. Participate in planning, organizing, and controlling census field operations.
  2. Train and supervise supervisors and coordinate their activities.
  3. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate field operations through reports.
  4. Authorize employee payments, expenses, and allowances.
  5. Monitor staff performance and resolve issues.
  6. Promote census participation and implement communication strategies.
  7. Respond to public inquiries.
  8. Collaborate with other census staff to resolve operational issues.
  9. Work with recruitment and management teams to meet targets.

Intent of the process: To staff various AS-03 positions for current and future census activities, including the 2026 Census. Asset qualifications may be required and assessed accordingly. The initial assessment begins in August 2025.
