Job Description
Banquet Houseperson
As a Banquet Houseperson with Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge you will help the Banquets team create special events that our Guests will remember.

Starting Rate of Pay: $16.25/hr CAD

Your Job Duties Include:

1. Set up function and meeting spaces as per the Banquet Event Order
2. Support department assisting food & beverage outlets including setting buffets; staging events & theme décor
3. Build, set, serve and tear down of coffee breaks
4. Communicate, anticipate & cater to the group conveners and guests for the duration of stay
5. Support in-house audio visual suppliers (PSAV) where required
6. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Valid Alberta driver's license required
Proserve certification required
Food & Beverage experience an asset
Previous banqueting or convention houseperson experience preferred

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
