Exterior Grounds Maintenance and Snow Removal

JOB DESCRIPTION

The General Commercial Cleaner will be responsible for conducting various general external grounds maintenance, snow removal and salting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clear Snow from entrances, and apply salt to walk ways.
• Empty exterior garbage cans and ashtrays.
• Pick up litter and debris from parking areas, exterior break areas and lawn spaces.
• Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
• Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies

QUALIFICATIONS

• Effective communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
• Works well independently and in a team environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• This position requires a high level of physical exertion
• Moderate intensity of sensory effort is required

Shift is 4am to 10am Monday to Friday, location 3185 American Drive, Mississauga

Compensation: $17.40 per hour
