Expression of Interest - Future Opportunities in Project Management

At Peak Power, we’re a mission-driven organization at the forefront of the clean energy transition. As we look ahead to new projects and expanded impact, we’re laying the groundwork to grow our team with experienced and passionate Project Managers.

While we are not hiring for this role currently, we’re always eager to connect with individuals who align with our mission and vision for the future. If you're driven by purpose, energized by innovation, and ready to lead projects that make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.

Submit your resume to join our talent pool — and when the opportunity arises, we’ll reach out.

At Peak Power, we’re making it profitable to pursue net zero.

Peak Power enables C&I companies to reduce costs while pursuing net zero goals by working with financiers to provide a no-cost battery energy storage solution that covers deployment, operation, and maintenance. We also help distributed energy resource asset owners optimize their assets through our Peak Synergy software.

Peak Synergy is our energy efficiency software platform. It analyzes grid conditions in real-time and sends notifications for high demand hours. The platform also assesses grid cleanliness at any moment. If a building has batteries and EV chargers onsite, Peak Synergy manages their usage to meet sustainability goals and participate in complex energy market programs.

This results in cleaner, more reliable, and affordable electricity for everyone. We’re powering the clean energy revolution.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the VP, Project Development, the Project Manager will be pivotal in driving the execution and delivery of Peak's electric asset portfolio. You will lead project initiation, define the project calendar and work breakdown structure, and establish deliverable acceptance and reporting procedures. Your understanding of ISO electricity markets, energy storage, and power systems will support the delivery of operational excellence and the development of Peak's electric asset portfolio.

This work matters. Small optimizations in power utilization can significantly impact our customers, the electrical grid, and the environment. We’re building something with lasting positive impact.
