Overview

Our mission-driven client in the non-profit sector is seeking a dynamic, resourceful, and adaptable Executive Assistant to provide direct executive support and ensure the seamless operation of the executive office. This role involves close collaboration with senior leaders, board members, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day executive support, including calendar and email management, scheduling, and prioritization of competing demands.
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, recording minutes, and supporting boardroom administration.
  • Monitor, review, and respond to correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • Support policy and communications initiatives, liaising effectively with board members and key stakeholders.
  • Track expenses, prepare reports, and manage special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience providing high-level support to C-Suite executives.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently throughout Canada.
