A leading technology group in Mississauga is looking for a Manager Engineering to lead a team of engineers across multiple initiatives. This hybrid role focuses on cloud infrastructure and requires strong leadership and technical skills. The ideal candidate will have a background in various programming languages and Agile methodologies, embodying a collaborative and supportive team culture.
Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week at either Waterloo or Toronto location (no preference, just seeking the best candidate)
Target Start Date: August 25, 2025
End Date: February 27, 2026
Possibility of Extension & Conversion to FTE: No extension, but networking opportunities available
Number of Positions: 1
Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/week
Reason: Maternity Leave
Vendor Call: Schedule closer to end of June
Business Group: A small team of full stack developers and testers working on integrating features and functionality into the plan member website. The team is building a back-end integration pipeline to enable data flow in and out, supporting these systems.
