Job summary

A leader in agricultural technology in Winnipeg, CA is seeking a motivated individual for a technical support role in their Hardware Group. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering Technology and have 2–5 years of experience. Responsibilities include supporting the development of electronic modules, conducting product testing, and performing PCBA rework. Qualifications

We are seeking a motivated individual for a unique opportunity to join our Hardware Group. This role provides crucial technical support for our electronic modules and vehicle systems. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem-solver, proficient in building and testing prototypes, and skilled in a variety of technical tasks, from soldering and rework to documenting test results.

Your Impact
  • Support the Hardware Group in developing and maintaining electronic modules and vehicle systems.
  • Conduct comprehensive product testing, accurately documenting all results.
  • Fabricate and build custom test fixtures to aid in product validation and development.
  • Perform PCBA rework, including skilled soldering and component replacement, and construct wire harnesses for prototypes and test vehicles.
  • Assist with schematic entry or PCB layout design and troubleshoot electronic module failures and other technical issues.
Your Experience And Qualifications
  • Certificate or diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering Technology, with 2–5 years of professional experience in a relevant technical role.
  • Proficiency in soldering and PCBA rework; strong mechanical aptitude for building test fixtures and wire harnesses.
  • Experience with CAD software for schematic entry and demonstrated ability to document testing procedures and results thoroughly.
  • Solid skills in troubleshooting electronic module failures.
  • A valid driver\'s license is required; a valid passport for travel to the USA is considered a strong asset.
