Role Overview: We are seeking a hands-on, technically strong leader to join their HRM maintenance team as an Electrical Patrol Supervisor. You will oversee a small team of electricians and technicians, provide hands‑on troubleshooting for complex electrical and automation systems, and ensure equipment uptime and operational reliability in one of the HRM’s most critical production areas. This position is essential to supporting continuous production operations, optimizing maintenance practices, and enabling long-term improvements across the HRM division.
