A leading timber products company located in Kenora, Ontario, is seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor to oversee the engineering team and ensure safety and quality in manufacturing operations. Weyerhaeuser's Engineered Lumber Products (Timberstrand® manufacturing Plant), located on the beautiful Lake of the Woods in Kenora, Ontario, is currently seeking a permanent Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor. Our plant manufactures the high‑strength engineered wood product Timberstrand® in a 24/7 operation, a non‑union manufacturing environment. The Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor is actively engaged in planning and leads the daily activities of a team of Electricians, Process Control Technicians and contractors in the areas of safety, quality and maintenance of all equipment and buildings to meet the departmental and plant objectives. This is a salaried, exempt position reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent.
This role is eligible for our annual merit‑increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $94,200–$137,400 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 10% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.
