About This Team
The NA Ecommerce Operations team is a committed, hardworking, fun-loving team that works in partnership with a variety of cross functional partners to execute eCommerce strategies across North American digital properties including lululemon.com and the mobile app. We are operational owners of the eCommerce business that may include content and product merchandising and the guest experience. We are solution-oriented, always keeping our cross functional partner’s priorities and the guest’s experience in mind
Core Responsibilities
- Operational Planning – 60%: Execute daily publishing, catalog, and campaign launches
- Operational Planning – 60%: Manage vendor relationships and resolve issues
- Operational Planning – 60%: Track and report metrics on operational health, risks, and dependencies
- Operational Planning – 60%: Implement new tools, workflows, and processes
- Strategic Support – 40%: Build business cases and resource plans with Sr. Manager
- Strategic Support – 40%: Align stakeholders on long-term priorities
- Strategic Support – 40%: Represent Operations in enterprise/global initiatives
- Strategic Support – 40%: Define key metrics to measure operational effectiveness
- Strategic Support – 40%: Drive automation, technology, and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 4–7 years in ecommerce, digital operations, or related field
- Experience in vendor management and cross-functional project leadership
