A leading community support agency in Toronto is seeking a Temporary Support Worker 3 to enhance community living for individuals with intellectual disabilities. This role involves identifying needs, delivering personalized supports, and case management. The position requires post-secondary education in Social Services or Developmental Services and knowledge of health-care procedures. A valid driver's license is an asset. The role offers 37.5 hours of work per week with a duration of up to one year.
